Are people stupid! DO NOT! leave dogs in the car in hot temperatures!?

It baffles me how STUPID some people are in regards to leaving there Dogs in a car in hot temperatures!

i think people who do this and end up killing there animals

( like the police incident where the dogs died ) should face severe punishment!

Sorry folks but it really!! pees!! me off!!
