Are other women capable of sex only relationships, one night stands etc?
Another question asked prompted me to ask this one. Do most women enjoy purely sexual encounters or one night stands? I love sex but for me to get to a point where I can let myself go and relax in a sexual encounter I need to be in love with the man I am with and I need to be certain of his love for me. I felt in the past that as a woman of my time I should be able to go out and experience purely carnal pleasures and actively pursue such experiences a few times but it was always horrible I never enjoyed the sex although I acted like I did. Afterwords knowing that I'd just been so intimate with a man I would probably never see or speak to again I felt so terrible, not dirty or ashamed but empty and desolate. Of course I learned quickly that I was not really able to enjoy sex that way but needed the intimacy and stability of a long term loving relationship to really open up sexually and start to enjoy sex to the maximum. I am lucky now to have such a partner a man who loves me and we have fantastic, hot, loving sex several times a week and it is bliss to us both.
I know not all people are the same but I really do have a hard time relating to other women who have a lot of casual sex and say they enjoy it, do most women enjoy it or is my experience more common?
