Are one-and-done "college" players making a joke of college basketball?

When the NBA wrote a rule saying that a player must be 19 before entering the draft, colleges got stuck with a bunch of 18 year olds who have no interest in college.

Should the NBA start a professional Under-21 league?

Or do they already have one, called the NCAA?

I think 1-and-done is fine. They are making money the best way they can.

I think the NBA made a mistake when they put in this rule. They should either make the kids stay in school for at least two yrs, or let them play in the NBA coming out of high school. Personally, I think the kids should be allowed to go pro directly after high school.
