Are my times for the 100 and 200 yard dash good? Exercises to improve my times?

For my school I run the 100 and 200 (yard, not meter) dash, but I train with our distance team. I run a 100 in about 14.3 second and a 200 in 31.2. I'm in eighth grade and I'm just looking to see where i fit in (average, above average etc.) I'm also wondering if, (since i rarely train for sprints) you guys know a few workouts I can do on my own time to improve my times.
Eighth grade GIRL btw, shouldn't make a huge difference, but i forgot to include that.

That is a pretty good time. Try windsprints to improve your cardio so you will be able to finish the race strong. You should be able to sprint double your race i.e 100m should be able to do 200m, 200m should be able to do 400m. if you try doing this, i guarentee your sprinting and cardio will be a lot better then before.

I would say those are average times for an eighth grader. A work out my track team does that's not too hard is 8 200m sprints with equal recovery (ie sprint a 200 walk a 200). Make sure to warm up, cool down, and stretch properly.
