I'm a girl, 14 years old. 5'7.5" tall and 130 lbs
Today was my 3rd day of track and my legs were really sore but we got timed today to see how fast we are.
For 150m I got 23.58 seconds
and for 30m I got 4.6 seconds
Are these good? I feel like I suck.
Also, my friend from another school says he got 12 seconds for the 100m. Is this possible? I know it is, but for someone who hasn't really run before?
Also, do you think I'll do better when my legs aren't so sore? I'm staying hydrated, stretching, and icing, but I don't know what else I can do.
