Are My parents gonna get my a cellphone?

My cellphone broke and i need a new one but my dad keeps saying im not gonnna get one but my mom on the other hand doesn't say a word i overheard my mom saying to her friend "Man we spent a lot of money today it was like Christmas shopping" but on my dads side he keeps saying no and its too expensive but he says that about a lot of things and then he ends up getting them for me but im not sure about this one?
Do you think ill get a cellphone?

I think you should wait for your plan to end and then tell your dad to check out this site called lets talk.com me my mom and my dad got a very cheap plan and my dad has the lg vu for free my mom has a lg shine for free and i have a lg shine (black) for free.the best thing is they gave me a free xbox 360 when i bought the shine. if you do this you need to order on the phone,an say '' it says here that if i by the shine you give me a free xbox
