Okay, before I start, I don't want shit about CPS or anything. We've discussed it. But last night, her grandma threw a huge fit because my friend wasn't caught up in school and beat her with a chair. She can't bend over or turn even slightly without what she describes as 'an aching pain, like a stretched muscle or something'. She says it's not sharp, but I'm worried she may have cracked them or something. It's the bottom two that hurt the most, she says, and they're visibly bruised. The corner of the chair actually cut her, too.
Her grandma would never take her to a hospital for this, but I think if we knew how she was hurt, we could try to remedy it ourselves as best we could. Any information provided would be great.
Please and thanks.
Thanks for the speedy responses, guys. I don't think she's hemorrhaging with a ruptured kidney, anyway, but we've been icing it and keeping it cool. And like I said- no CPS. She's almost eighteen, and she's pretty adamant about this shit, anyway. It's nice to know that a majority don't think it's broken- that's a real relief for us.
Thanks again.
