...in court? Hi. Several years ago I had a felony destruction of property charge and was neither convicted nor acquitted. Because I had addressed the situation outside of court, the court ruled the case null process. Even though I wasn't convicted, because this was a felony charge, does it effect my firearm rights in the US?
