Are multiracial schools and communities the answer for the black community?

I remember grade school, and high school, and I think I honestly lucked up. I must say my education from that starting point is serving me well. However when I look at a few towns over, that is mostly black, they are getting a luck luster education, but expected to achieve at the same results as everyone else. My school allowed some blacks to take advantage of the college fast track. My school was maybe 2% Asian/ 6% Hispanic/46% white/46%black. I don't think any of the kids in the neighboring town got the same advantages. I would advice blacks that if they have the chance to take advantage of it, hell they can't keep us all out.
