D Daniel New member Sep 3, 2010 #1 DMV can not tell me. Insurence companies say that they are not registerable, nor insurable. I also heard in RI you needed an inspection sticker for EPA ratings. My Hardrock Specialized goes faster than my motor bike.. I don't see the big deal!
