N nighttime_ran Guest Jan 25, 2009 #2 If you ever seen a sign that read "only motor vehicles with over 250 cc allowed on highway" means you can drive them on local roads not on the highway.If you made a powered bike then "no"! If you have a title, then your all set.Good Luck.
