I am not a racist, I am a minority. I've been looking at different high schools, and I've noticed a very clear pattern- the higher the percentage of minorites is in a school, the lower the average test scores are. The only time the minorites really do well is when the school is a magnet, private school, or if the students have to meet certain requirements before they can enter..
why are minorities not doing as well?
when I say minorities, I am talking about blacks and hispanics.

It maybe about money sometimes, but I think it also has to do with the parents. I went to a school that was aobut 95% white.. it was also in a wealthy area. The blacks and hispanics still weren't doing that well.so, i don't think it's always about money
