hi,i live in lake county, indiana and i want to buy a pocket bike(crotch rocket.) my friend has a mini chopper that goes up to 20mph. its street legal. there is a battery that plugs into the wall and then it plugs in the chopper and it charges. i want something like that but in pocket bike form. if you can please leave a website.
are mini pocket bikes street legal?
