C Conkhouz New member Apr 19, 2010 #1 I'm 39wks and 3 days pregnant, 3 cm dilated, lost mucus plug a couple of weeks ago and during the night I had mild menstrual cramps. Can this be it? The cramps seem to have subsided from during the night. Thanks everyone for your comments!
