...over 18? Hi I wanted to know if mentally retarded people considered minors in the eyes of the law in the USA? For example if you assault some one who is mentally retarded yet is over 21 are you charged in the same manner that you would be had you assaulted a child or does it carry the same penalty as assaulting any average adult?
 
Actually, the mentally retarded are not even considered real people, the government wants them dead.
