Are Mazda Rx-8 Hard to take car off?

Hey guys I just got my car like 2 days and i LOVE it. I heard that you need experience to handle and drive them but i gelled very well with it. Havnt had any problem in the area of driving it. I just want to know is it hard to maintain or maintenance it. Im 19 and its my first car and i want to take of her. Is it a lot of work or do i just need to take it easy and not push her

Although I don't own one personally, I do know they have a different type of engine. I would research/study Mazda's rotary engines. Be prepared to use a lot more gas and oil.
