Are Mazda 3s good cars?

I have a 2003 honda civic that is giving me a lot of problems. Are mazda 3s a good buy? i love the way they look but i dont know if i should stick to a newer honda since for the most part they are good cars i just got a bad one.

These are the most reliable cars in the world.

Honda is number 1.
Subaru is 2nd
Toyota is 3rd
Mazda is 4th.
Nissan is 5th.

If you drive a car very hard and treat it badly, it will treat you badly.

So Honda is still best. And out of all the cars listed above, it also has the highest resale value and cheapest maintenance and repair costs.

The Mazda 3 is also great with Mazda being the 4th most reliable brand of car in the world. But it is much more expensive to maintain or fix.

Stick to Honda.

They are very nice cars, I drive a Mazda6, and it hasn't given me any problems, it's a 2005... i know a lot of people with the cars and no one has had any significant problems... If you maintain the car correctly it will treat you well, if you abuse it, you will feel it soon. If your buying a new one you'll get all the warranties... If you are going to buy new try to get the 2010 and not the 2009, I think the 2010 looks so nice haha. I'm planning on buying a 2010 MazdaSpeed3 as my next car... Mazda has treated me well, and I will buy from them again.
