Let me explain a bit since the question seems odd. I just landed my first job working as a makeup artist through a hair salon. I bought my kit, etc... But, an issue keeps popping up in my head. When the person leaves my chair, how do they keep their lipstick/gloss on? I can apply it once, but through eating and drinking they're probably going to need to touch it up. Am I responsible for providing a lip color they can take with them? What do makeup artists do about this? Buying a bunch of lip colors to sell/give out would be a hassle for me since it would cost a lot more.
