Do u have to be over 18 to enter a lounge? If so where are some good places to hang on a Saturday in Austin Texas? Im not over 18

Yes, unless it is an East Indian Huka lounge, and then you can smoke the herbal teas.

You need to google Huka lounges in Austin and call then ask.

I'm not from Austin, so laws may be slightly different there.

Liquor is the key. If they serve liquor, they want to keep the underage kids out.

If they only serve beer, the limit may be different, but they still want to keep the underage kids out.
