Are judges (especially circuit judges in florida) accountable to anyone?

Like someone to complain to? I'm in an interesting situation and really want to contact a certain judge's superior. But is that even possible?
I wanted to add that the I believe the judge's behavior was unacceptable, because he simply rocked in his chair back and forth, not even paying attention to the defense attorney during the hearing. I wanted to report this.

You should complain to your state's Supreme Court. They have the power to discipline judges. However, they won't change a ruling. The kinds of things you can complain about are such things as a judge taking a bribe, being drunk on the bench, committing a felony, etc. Contact your State Supreme Court for a list of things that a judge in your state can be disciplined for and a form. You probably can download it.

Edit: I found it. In Florida it is a branch of the Supreme Court System called the Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee.
