Are jeep liberties reliable cars? or do they crap out after 100,000 miles?

I would kill to have a jeep liberty (only problem is im poor)
So ive been looking at ones that are around $6900 and ive found one for that price its a 2003 but it has 120,000 miles on it...is that bad for a jeep? How many miles can those types of cars go for...does anyone own a jeep with very high milage that still drives good? (like 120000 plus)
