E ez80227 New member Jun 16, 2011 #2 not really. where exaclty fdo you tihnk the electricity in your wall originates? hint, it's also from fossil fuels. also, the batteries dont last 1/10 the life of an ordinary car and cost around $6k=10k every 6-10 years and cant easily be recycled.
