I live with my boyfriend and his family we don't have a lot of money, I have a horse that means the world to me, however my boyfriend has a POS car thats breaking down everywhere he goes. I was thinking of Taking my horse and building a small carriage to provide travel until we could get another car for him. But to do that I need to know if Horse drawn carriages are street Legal in the state of Alabama. I also need to know the requirements for the carriage (buggy) to be street legal
