Are Honda Civics good cars?

Reliable: Of course, how many do you see on the roads? Millions...
Fast: Fast and reliable rarely go hand-in-hand.
Cylinders: 4
Interior: it has seats, windows, door locks, maybe a radio, and a steering wheel
How much are they: Totally unanswerable given that you didn't specify what year or condition.

They are good but all trim levels are very slow except for the SI which is Pretty quick all civics come with 4 cylinder enignes V6's are not an option.The base modle comes with a 1.5L SOHC and the SI comes with a ( I think) 2.2L DOHC the interior is nice but I'm not a fan of the cars exterior styling.
 
there all round good vehicles with many parts to upgrade and change. they are notorious for long lasting at high miles, good crash test ratings and great MPG
