Are Glo fish hard to take care of?

I have a betta fish, but I would like to have another tank with Glo fish. Are they any harder to take care of than a betta? Do they need anything special? Please give me any tips, advice, etc on how to properly take care of them.
It would be just Glo fish, nothing else. What kind of heater would you recommend?
Woul you guys recommend Tetra SafeStart for glo fish? I use it for my betta.
