All modeling agencies have what are called "open calls". You show up ready to fill out an application, be interviewed and have a few photos taken.
If your book is strong enough, you should be able to approach any agency and be asked to join them as one of their contract models.
Whether an agency is or is not affiliated with a certain modeling school really does not matter. It is the models ability to do the job and have a certain look that assures their continued work as a model
