I am looking into becoming a surrogate mom and it says to be qualified you cannot be on government financial assistance/ well fare. I have food stamps.
usually "welfare" is considered to be the TANF (temporary assistance for needy families), the actually money they give you for whatever you want.
and I wouldn't have them if we didn't need them.. so you know. My husband is trying to get a second job right now.. keeps being laid off and cut hours. We are about to be foreclosed on as well :/
