Are fish sticks and other sea food rolled in dough, batter or whatever and

baked healthy? Theres a section in walmart with fish sticks and this other sea food type, I think its crabs or something its made like fish sticks and its in a yellow box with a fisherman in it
I was wondering if its any better than chicken and beef since is seafood but then again its processed and in batter
