are fish lips attractive on a girl?

im asking this question because i notice some girls want "fuller" lips but dont you think fuller lips makes them look sort of fishy lol... or is the pout look sexy now?

i personally dont care but my wife seems to wnat "fuller lips" even though she genetically does have fuller lips lol.
