recently i made a long distance call from canada to the united kingdom. i have a phone with fido, and when i checked their long distance rate, it said $0.35. It does not say if it is per minute or per second, but it says something about per second billing. im really worried about having to pay $200-300 for a 10 minute phone call...so to help me sleep a little better, i would like to know if the $0.35 is per second or minute.
are fido's international rates per minute?
