I was leaving the college at night one time, and I noticed their announcement sign was flashing mostly bright yellow with blue lettering. Isn't that sort of dangerous? What if someone was driving along with an epileptic? Could that person possibly start seizing if they saw it? I want to know if I should say something to whoever runs that sign. I don't want anyone hurt.
Are epileptics affected by flashing LED lights/signs?
