Gaining entry into universities and the pressure for students to excel.
Parents that constantly push or even bribe their kids to gain higher marks. Students around the world studying up to fourteen or sixteen hours a day.I have seen and heard of low academic levels and understand the need for better standards of education.
I also understand the need for a well educated workforce and the need for people who are intellectually capable so business remains competitive but is the bar being raised a little too high?
