Are Dodge Intrepids good used cars?

I've always like the look of the (2nd generation circa '00-04) Dodge Intrepid and have begun to look for another car. I've asked around and attempted some research but haven't found a definitive answer so I figured I'd get some general responses. I have gotten a lot of negative feedback, a few good, some middle ground.

What are some common problems? (most cars of the same make/model share common issues) Experiences? Opinion(s)?
