H Heather K New member Mar 12, 2011 #1 I have a T5 transmission from an early or mid '80s Firebird, but it did not come with a bell-housing. Would the bell-housing from something else, like a late '90s Mustang, fit on the tranny? The bolt pattern to the engine doesn't matter.
