Are Danes camp leisure centre, Cineworlds and Lings forum leisure centre private or

public facilities? i know this is a kind of stupid question but nowhere will tell me (homework)
 
Danes Camp and Lings Forum leisure centres are public facilities (owned by Northampton Borough Council).

Cineworld is a private facility, in the sense that it is privately owned - it is owned by a private company, rather than by a public body such as the borough council - but it is accessible to members of the public on purchase of a ticket.
