The gym I am at, requires that you wear tennis shoes. My problem is I have Nike Air shoes and they burn my feet. When I'm walking on the street, they don't burn, but when I get on a machine they burn so much that I have to stop walking on the treadmill, elliptical and even the bicylcle.
I have a whole bunch of converse and they are so comfortable. Would Converse be considered tennis shoes? If not, do you think it would hurt to wear them tonight til I go buy some different tennis shoes tomorrow???
