I want a new phone and new service but I do not want anymore 2-year contracts because if the service is bad I want to be able to change it. So my question is do mobile phone service providers such as Sprint or Verizon or AT&T have I guess for lack of a better word "plans" in which you do not sign a contract but just buy the phone and pay month-by-month without a contract and still get the same things as if you had signed a contract, such as amount of minutes and of texts, etc.? Thanks for your help.
