Are colleges starting to look away from the SAT and ACT?

When I went on Colleges tours, every college explained that the number one thing they look for is the Rigor of Schedule, two, the GPA, and laslty the SAT/ACT. They explained that the SAT or ACT is not as important was people think. They said they rather have a great GPA, tough schedule, with an average SAT score over a mild schedule, good GPA, and a great SAT score.
I was delighted because I struggle with standarized tests, but I can compete with anyone in a classroom. What do you think?
