Are College textbooks Designed to Alienate Minority Students?

This is just my opinion.

I was going to college in the last 3yrs, and every course I take, college teachers/professors practice institutional racism by using books that contain negative, bad and discouraging news about blacks, latinos and other minorities(women, Natives, Asians, muslims)
these books contain statistics, studies and discussion that paint whites in positive light and blacks in a negative light.
For example; you go to a psychology class, and the professor will discuss a study that is written by racist scientist that says that blacks have lower IQ then whites etc.
Then English class, discusses slavery and how black ppl were sold and owned etc.
? Then you go to a Sociology class and it discusses how black ppl live in social decay, drugs, crime. fake statistics like; blacks are more likely then whites to be this and that, blacks are twice then whites, to be unemployed, to have more disease, to go to jail to commit crime, bluh bluh!
what is the purpose of this statistics being used and discuss in college, what are they trying to proof? that black ppl are worse then whites? why aren't we discussing statistics about negative things in the White race; like high suicide rate, alcohol, depression, pedophile.
Most of these books used are written by white authors, and selected by white professors, so they must be some kind of biase involved in here.
This makes black students uncomfortable and want to drop out of college & go into sports and music, etc.
I think that since segregetation was over, Whites come up with this policy to instill inferiority in black/minority kids over the white students. a way to make white students feel like they are better then black students, and black students they are worse then white students. This is suppose to determine everybody's place in society, it makes black students to lower their dreams, grades and expectations after 2/4yrs of being bombarded with negative, depressive statistics about your race and ethnicity. and makes white students to have higher expectation at school and after graduations. so in away keeping the status quo. This must be exposed and change if we want more black/minority students to enroll and succeed in college and feel confortable.
Lucy--first of all I'm not expecting equality from you, God give me equality.

second what special privileges do only blacks have that other races don't? can you mention some.

Wow... I didn't know that.. Yes, I agree with what you are saying, it is very possible and true.
