For my 16th, I'm getting a fully restored 1965 Chevy Impala. My father is convinced that it can take out any other "tin can" on the road in collision, and I was wondering wether or not his assumptions are true. I really love my car, and although it only has the basic lap belts (we are trying to find safer shoulder belts) and no air bags, I feel like safe inside. I was hoping for another opinion, so thank you for any response.
