I'm a single mother to one baby, I was laid off of work a few months back...
My parents own a local restaurant... They have a former employee that is now a bartender at another establishment... She called me last night to inform me that my caseworker, who is a regular customer at her place of employment told her that my case was under investigation... He spoke with her about a few things that I KNOW she had to have heard from him... He then told her that he shouldn't even be talking about this with her, yet continued to do so...
Is this legal?? Should I call him, his supervisor, an attorney??
