I'm only interested in the products like chips, shakes and veggie bean burger (basically their meat free products). For years, I have avoided food from there, as I don't know about their cooking processes for meat and non-meat products (and the nutritional contents is very bad). Any help would be great as I would love to be able to have the odd one off meal with friends. Thanks

im not muslim but i am veggie and have been all my life. i do eat dairy products tho.

i occasionally have a spicy bean burger with cheese from BK as i have always believed that these are vegetarian friendly(had a V nxt to it). should i find out theyre not now i will be disappointed! i also eat the chips there. i dont tend to have the milkshakes because im not sure if and what thickener they use in it so i usually have a fanta or something.

so BK is really tasty now and again. obviously if you think in too much detail or watch them making your food in BK it may put you off. then again if you worry about it too much then we wouldnt be able to eat anywhere.

praps you could email burger king or ring them if they have a help line and just say your veggie and was just wondering what oils they use for cooking chips/burgers etc

im not sure if they cook the veggie burgers in with the meaty ones :S

as far as i know they will cook the veggie in same oil as the meat the chips are done in a seperate fryer not sur which oil tho as 4 the shakes they are fine jus b careful ring ur local one and ask them to make sure
