Are British degrees worth anything in Florida?

Hi, I'm a British student and my family are going to move to Florida, when I finish university. I was wondering what degree will get me a job easier in Florida. The choices I have are politics, English,history or International Relations. I would also like to know are any of these competitive or even not worth doing a degree in.
I know law is always competitive but I just want to make sure if it can be another possibility.
