are bicycle thief (1948) and gold of naples (1954) are same movies??? it's confusing.?

hi guys, i want to know one thing. are bicycle thief and gold of naples are same movies in any way????????i faced problem when i bought the dvd.in the dvd, these 2 movies are shown as one single film and i don't understand whitch one i'm watching. anyone of you watched these films????????plz help

another thing. has sophia loren starred in bicycle thief??????????
