i wouldnt take any more than 100% daily value of selenium but everything else seems normal.
 
Nope nothing bad there. If the child is a female then iron (feritin, ferrous and some other names are used) would be good. Males don't usually need iron and this formula apparently has none.
The percent numbers are of the RDA. This is basically the minimum that the FDA says the body needs. None of the high percentage vitamins in this formula are dangerous to teens or adults.
