...and win in 4-5 yrs? The Nets were terrible under their previous owner after Kidd and Carter left. This is a different era.and I doubt that free agents are going to really care about the past if they have a shot to win in the future. Boston Celtics were a bad team prior to winning in 2008 and they were able to convince KG and Ray Allen to sign Extensions.

The Nets have the cap room to add a young wing guy like Wilson Chandler as a third option.in free agency.

If Humphries plays to the same level that he did play last year.and Lopez goes 20-22 points a game and 8 boards and up the Nets would have a better shot at trading Lopez, Humphries, and Travis Outlaw for Turkoglu and Howard.
