Are all these symptoms related to one condition?

I'm going to the Emergency Room tomorrow because I'm frustrated with my doctor who just keeps making me get ultrasounds and not actually trying to help. I have the following symptoms:

chronic fatigue (had it for almost 3 years now, worsens over time)
poor stamina
slowed thinking
muscle weakness
nausea and bloating after eating (anything)
abdominal pain around the bottom of my ribs, left to right, and below the navel
finger pain
occasional dizziness
intolerance to heat and cold
low blood pressure
hunger that fluctuates from extreme to minimal
inability to lose OR gain weight (weird?)

I don't know if all of these symptoms are related or just some of them. What could the cause of those symptoms be? I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago so do you think it is related to that? The lack of energy isn't caused by an iron or B12 deficiency because I was already tested for that.
should I get tested for Addison's?
