My 16 year old son is taking all of these supplements. It concerns me, but he assures me it's ok.
AEX NO-Blood engorgedr pumps, Creatine mono, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, NO2 Hemodialator(Argine), BCAAS (leucine-Valine-Isoleucine, Tonalin CLA. He also drinks the protein shakes. If you know about these please let me know they are ok to take.

His body should be growing at its own pace right now, he should only use those suuplements when he hits a plateu.

There all fine as long as you stick to the recommended doses. Although with Creatine, if you take the heavy loading dosages for a long time (a good 5 months or so), your body will begin to stop making its own.

It's like some people who go on thyroid gland hormone supplements, there thyroid stops working.

Although that does look like a lot of supplements for a 16 yr old! For most people, they get everything they need in their diet, the supplements are just that little bit extra.
