Are all the searches results from Gnutella clients the same?

I think you need to be a bit more specific about that question. What do you define with "the same"?

You can reach with every client the same files, but you can

All files can be found, independent of the client (if the client is functional of course.).
The problem is that every client in the gnutella network has a limited horizon, so you cant find all files shared in the gnutellanet.
(Thats a problem in decentralised systems).

But like Morgwen said, it depends on what hosts you're connected to.
