I am building a new PC with an i7 core sandy bridge 2600. This board for example (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121480), clearly states that it has "Turbo Boost Technology 2.0".
My question is, does this mean that hyperthreading/turbo boost technologies will not be available for use by the cpu on motherboards which do not state that they support them?
